Studio terms

The quote lists the artwork, revisions, file sizes, formats, usage and expected timing. Work outside that scope may need a new quote.

Included revision rounds cover reasonable refinements within the approved direction. A new concept, subject, major recomposition, or additional deliverable is expanded scope and may require a revised quote.

Payment timing is agreed before work begins. Preview files may be watermarked. Final files are delivered according to the agreed payment stage. Rush scheduling, additional revision rounds, and substantial scope changes can require a revised quote.

When listed in the project agreement, standard owned-channel digital usage may cover the client's website, organic social channels, presentations, and launch materials. Paid advertising, packaging, outdoor media, merchandise, resale rights, full copyright assignment, and expanded exclusivity are quoted separately unless expressly included.

The client is responsible for having permission to use any logos, characters, trademarks, references or other protected material supplied for the project.

Vexnaire may use generation tools, compositing, retouching, upscaling and other digital methods when useful. The final deliverable and its scope are what the client is purchasing.

4K is the standard final-delivery option. 8K and 16K are available only when the artwork, intended use, and technical review support them, and only when the written project scope names them. A master is the final approved export at the agreed resolution; source files, editable layers, prompts, and working files are not included unless explicitly listed and quoted.

Completed client work is only shown publicly when permission is available. Confidential or unreleased work is not published without approval.
