What resolution tier should I request for my project?
4K is the standard delivery option for digital, web, and approved print use. 8K and 16K are considered only after a feasibility review of the artwork and final use. The written project scope confirms the selected resolution before production begins.
Can the artwork be licensed for commercial campaigns and products?
Yes. Commercial usage rights are scoped and included directly in your project quote before production begins.
What is included in the revision rounds?
Included revision rounds cover palette adjustments, lighting shifts, material refinements, and compositional balancing within the agreed creative brief. A new concept, subject, or deliverable is quoted as a new scope.
How long does typical production take from brief to delivery?
A single key-art commission is typically planned for 3 to 5 business days and a multi-asset campaign set for 7 to 10 business days after the scope is confirmed. These are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; the proposal confirms the target date.
What final file formats and deliverables do you supply?
The written scope lists the final delivery resolution, file formats, crop ratios, and usage rights. Web-optimized exports and requested crops are included only when listed in that scope.
Do you produce video editing or 3D motion animations?
Our studio currently focuses exclusively on still visual direction and high-resolution delivery defined in the written scope.
