Privacy

The form collects the name or company, work email, selected discipline, requested resolution, optional reference direction, and project brief that you choose to provide. It also records that you consented to this processing.

Vexnaire uses project-brief information only to assess a potential project, respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or scope, communicate about a project, and keep basic business records.

When you tick the consent box and submit the form, your browser sends the listed information to FormSubmit over HTTPS. FormSubmit forwards the inquiry to Vexnaire’s email inbox. FormSubmit is an independent service and its own privacy terms apply to the processing it performs. If the form cannot be delivered, the site offers an optional mailto link instead; your email is sent only if you choose to send it through your email provider.

Vexnaire keeps an inquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact so that it can respond, quote, and maintain basic records. If an inquiry becomes a client project, related records are retained for the period stated in the project agreement or required by law. FormSubmit’s retention is governed by FormSubmit’s own policy.

The form is optional and it will not submit unless you give affirmative consent. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information held by Vexnaire, or withdraw consent for further inquiry handling, by emailing the address below. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before the request.

The hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser information, request paths, and security logs. Web fonts and public assets may also be requested from external providers under their own privacy policies.

References, drafts, and unreleased artwork are used only for the requested project. Confidential work is not shown publicly without permission.
